Pure soviet style propaganda. Russia is in a lot worse shape then we are and is having to de-value their currency weekly. Instead of denouncing us as capitalist pigs living in gold plated mansions while worshipping false idols they have gone over to the flip side, both are equally as valid stereotypes.

Interesting, there is more truth in that article than most Americans would care to believe or admit. The US is being ran into the ground, while the sheeple cheers on those elected officials who they voted into office, to run it into the ground. I have a friend who's seriously considering cashing out, buying a few hectares in costa rica and calling it a day.

1st theirs no doubt about the Russian slant. Still, IMHO their are some real truths being said. The dumbing down of our population with politicized liberal education/indoctrination and the emphasis of frivolous pop culture. Much of this article is very similar to what one would here on so called right wing radio talk shows. No one likes criticism, wether its correct or not.

It won't get really ugly till the Gov comes for the guns. Then I believe America will become united. That will be the last straw. As the Japanese Admiral Yamamoto after the attack on Pearl Harbor may or may not said "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve". We the people will only take some much. At least I will only take so much, but I don't think I'm alone.

Interesting to note that the article does not exist in Russian edition of "Pravda" The source is blog hosted here, in US. So no wonder author know sorrow truth about current state of ours events.

Another irony is that name and font of "Pravda" recreate the one of USSR Communist Party Central Committee publication.
