I have a CMMG gas piston m4 carbine..Which of these two (2) bullet types would work the best in soft tissue? M855/ss109 or 62 grain ball?

I think that the OP may be slightly confused. In any case Federal does make a 62gr. FMJ round. I bought about 1500 rounds of it back in 2008. I believe that the product number is AE223N. And yes it is a lead core round.

Prvi Partizan and Speer to name a couple others make 62 grain FMJ bullets with all-lead cores (no penetrator like M855.)
