What buffer are you guys running in your SBRs? Do I "need" an H buffer for a 10.5" LMT?

I run regular carbine buffers in everything and have no problems.

I run a H2s in one of my 11.5"s and an Enidine hydraulic in another. I run a H3 in my LMT 10.3", I decided to go heavier on this since it can't hurt. The MK18s are 10" guns with bolt life of 3-6K rounds per the Crane PDF file I've read and they run H2s. I run my 10.3" w/H3 with a suppressor about 1/3 of the time. All three of my SBRs have run 100%.

In a 10.5, I would run an H3. The currently issued M4 is being shipped with an H2's I believe. Your 10.5 will run with any buffer, but the heavier buffers make the weapon more reliable and reduce felt recoil.

On my 11.5", I run an Enidine hydraulic buffer for comfort of shooting and less wear on the weapon. If this were my "go to" gun, I would be running an H2 or H3. The Enidine does not properly feed a round into the chamber just by dropping the bolt release. It works fine using the charging handle.

My H2 has never let me down.

MGI RRB(RateReducing/RecoilReducing Buffer)
It's designed to deal with the issues that are presented with a SBR type AR15.
