On the right side of my Colt Gov lowers hammer there is a a stamped S S 3.I also have RRA lower and it appears that it has the same hammer and markings. Are they made by the same manufacturer?

Are you sure that both of them are factory assembled lowers?

Yes I got a complete colt from the factory and the rra was assembled by ratworx.
