What's your current real-world actual personal wait time either currently or recently?

My SWR Omega 300 was recently approved. Check was cashed on 2/11/09, pending around the first of april, approved in mid May. I went the trust route.

I love this suppressor, it really tames recoil on my bolt gun.

Check cashed on 3/30 for a F4 to a DEALER, and it went pending May 8th - no further updates since last week.

Form 4 to a dealer, an auditable entity known by ATF, no fingerprints required, and we are +2 months.

I'm buying a new complete SBR (6933). My dealer-to-dealer transfer took from 4/20 to 5/20, so one month exactly. I'm really hoping I get to shoot it at the Magpul class at the end of September, but I am not holding my breath. :(

Form 4 from a FFL/SOT to a trust:

Mailed: 1/22/09
Check Cashed: 1/28/09
Pending: 3/26/09
Approved: 5/4/09

Took a little bit longer than the last one (which was pre-election by several months).

This sucks....

It's still much better than the "bad ole days" in the early-mid 90's when it wasn't uncommon to wait 6+ months for a stamp. I had a Form 4 take 32 weeks in 1994 and several Form 1's that took over 5 months.

Mailed out Form 1: 02-15
Check cashed: 02-23
Pending: 04-17
Approved: 05-28
Received Stamp: 06-02

Not too bad but it was better before the election. On a side note I did talk to the examiner Ted Clutter who did my lastest Form 1. He said volume of forms went up almost 200% and the years not even over. I do have to say I would not want their job right now and I praise them for still keeping it as close to pre-election as possible.

My form 4 timeline

Item: AAC M4-2000
Mailed out: 02/24/09
Went pending: 04/21/09
Approved: 05/18/09
Received form 4 & M4-2000: 05/29/09
Total days from mailed out to receiving form and item = 94 days

My form 1 timeline

Item: SBR
Mailed: 10/08/08
Went pending: 11/24/08
Approved: 12/15/08
Received form 1: 12/22/08
Total day from mailed out to receiving form = 75 days

Comparing between my two timelines, it looks like the wait time went up by a couple of weeks.

This thread made me call and check the status and I was told 2 of the form 4's were approved 6/8. 3rd one pending same day still pending as of 6/10. 2 out of 3 is not that bad.

Form 4 Individual

Mailed out: 3/6
Cashed: 3/12
Pending: Early May (I don't remember the exact date)
Approved: ????
Received: ????

I did one last year about this same time and got it back way before now.

I don't expect to have this current one back until mid July based off of my interpolation of people ahead of me that sent their forms in January.
