I love to believe in the concept. In fact, I am almost 100% certain I have seen it in action.
That said, how is it possible that this man is still alive after all these soul tormenting years? Has he found the loophole? Sure he looks miserable, but certainly not nearly miserable enough. What do we build ultra-accurate missiles for if we will not use the on the likes of him?
I think of 3 generations sentenced to a labor camp for one individuals crimes. Children born in a prison and raised there. Truly unfathomable to us here. Even China looks down on them. Could we ever hope to find a better use for our technologically superior weaponry?
And again, how do he and seemingly countless others avoid just karma?
