I want to pick up a shooting mat. My google-fu came up with the following products:

Creedmoor mats (http://www.creedmoorsports.com/store/home.php?cat=253)

Champion shooting mat (http://www.championshooters.com/store/product.php?productid=179&cat=290&page=1)

RiflesOnly TAB mat (http://www.riflesonly.com/store/TAB/mat.html#)

Tactical Tailor pro shooters mat (http://www.tacticaltailor.com/proshootersmat.aspx)

Eagle shooting mat (http://www.eagleindustries.com/product.php?productid=388&cat=0&page=1)

KitMat (http://prostores2.carrierzone.com/servlet/emdomusa/Detail?no=43)

Gulati/Eberlestock shooting mats (http://www.greenmountaintactical.com/Shooting_Mats_s/79.htm)

I don't know what I don't know, so any input on the above products (or any I missed) is appreciated.

I've used the Eagle on you have listed there for several years. It is good but bulky to transport. It is handy to be able to fold it up over the rifle and carry it sometimes.
I recently got the DB-BS from Eagle and I like it better so far. It also can carry the rifle but doesn't have the backpack straps.

I've not had my hands on one yet but I'm probably going to eventually get one of the TAB mats as it rolls up compactly for transport on or in a pack.

I have a shooting mat from Voodoo Tactical that I paid all of $35.00 for. It rolls up, has a carry handle and gets the job done.

I have a Creedmore roll-up that I've been using for nearly 20yrs and it's still in great condition. Until about 6yrs ago, I was pretty active in rifle comps and that mat has been all over the country in rain, mud, dirt, rocks, etc. It's quality piece of kit.

Thanks for the replies. At this point I'm leaning towards the Eberlestock or Creedmor roll-ups. The Voodoo Tactical roll-up looked nice, but I didn't see it on their website, just auction sites. I may pick up a KitMat for my daughter to stash all her 10/22 gear in...

I read on another forum that Diz used to make nice shooting mats, but he's still on haitus; and a cursory check of eggroll's website didn't show any shooting mats either.

I ordered an Eberlestock A2SM (padded version) yesterday, and I think I'll get a KitMat for my daughter.

My A2SM shooting mat arrived today

http://tinyurl.com/nu2uur

website product description (http://www.eberlestock.com/Backpack%20Accessories.htm#A1SM): "...Carry it rolled up, and when it's time to set up a shooting station, you simply hold the end and toss the mat out. With its weighted end, it unfurls and you're ready to go. It's long enough to cover the distance from below your knees to well in front of your barrel, so it is an effective muzzle blast dust suppression barrier. PVC backing makes it waterproof. Coyote Brown, or more simply, the color of dirt."

weight: 3lb 2.8oz
color: coyote brown
95" long x 34" wide (extended)
52" long x 15.5" wide (padded portion extended)
5" diameter x 17.5" wide (rolled up)

http://tinyurl.com/mar7nl

The padded portion is comfortable without being bulky, and the padding covers the area from my waist to my outstretched hands.

It will fit in my range bag when rolled up (depending on how much ammo/mags I have with me)

I'm going to try it out at the range tomorrow...
