Impact is really rolling back prices on Colt LE models. $9.99 P-Mags too!

I will agree that it is nice to see prices dropping down below the panic line. Now if the ammo will show up to feed all of these new rifles then I'll be a happy camper!

I've seen some OK deals (in my mind) but am pretty new to carbines, so I might not be seeing the ammo sticker shock as bad as the rest of you. .45acp availability is what's killing me right now.

Wow! Thats the cheapest I have seen the 6940. Im still shoping for a new rifle I was leaning toward the DDm4 but this makes me want to rethink it.

I picked up some PMAGS. Couldn't pass up that price. :D

Impact has ordered a ton of them, and I think they overestimated demand. They've had a pile of 6920s in their Ogden shop for some time.

I stopped by the Ogden store a few weeks ago when I was traveling. They had Colts stacked on tables, boxes & boxes of mags, handgun cases stacked behind the counters AND their ammo shelves were full.

$1500 for a 6940? If I had cash in hand I'd own one - that's a great price.

I’m not seeing Pmags for $9.99

Looks like they raised the Magpul prices. Earlier this morning (my time) I checked and they were 9.99. My guess is someone made a mistake and when they realized it, they fixed it.

If memory serves me, they were 1395.00 in the store.

Wow! A 6920 for $1300 and right below it a 6520 for $1700. What a world!

When I looked yesterday, it was advertised as a 24hr special.

Yep that is quite a bit less than what they were selling them for. About 4-5 weeks ago I had checked Impacts pricing and the 6920 & 6940 were in the $1799 range.

I must have caught the ass end of the deal. Damn. :(

Do people here have a favorable view of Impactguns? I have looked at them before for other items and considered purchasing from them. Have not heard much negative or positive about service/experience.

I work in Ogden so I have some experience...

The biggest thing is that retail shop and internet store appear to be two different departments. Folks in retail shop are good people. They don't try to push their stuff on you, and they do try to give you their best advice. Some of them jump on training opportunities, and I've trained with some.

Internet portion appears to be hit/miss and I think it depends if listed item is physically in stock or not. I've bought some stuff online from them without issues, and I had one situation when internet order (ironically, placed in their retail shop) never materialized.

They are very busy and at times it takes a bit of time to get through on the phone, and at times they don't spend as much time talking to you on the phone, again, when the shop is busy. They really don't have dedicated person answering the phone; the sales people do that, so you might understand that sometimes they get overwhelmed.

Ah ok thanks for the input. I suppose before I order anything online it would be best to make a call and confirm with someone that they have the item in question in stock.

A customer of mine ordered a RRA from them last week and they were very responsive to the FFL needed and what not. They shipped within 48 hours I think.

No complaints, but is the 1st and only experience....pleasant from my end.

Only complaint from my customer was that the tracking was not emailed as stated, but he called and got it immediatly.

IN a couple of months we'll be up to our ears in ammo. People will look at that pallet load in their garage, and then look at their credit card bill, and realize there ain't a-gonna be no race war, and they'll be offloading all that stuff cheap.

Reloading components will catch up, too, later on.

I picked up 10 of the pmags this am for 9.99 each. Hour later they had already bumped the price back up!

Never have seen Pmags for that cheap! Darn, a few hours too late. :(

It's been at least six months since I've seen a 6920 listed for $1299. Hopefully things will keep coming back down and all the idiots in the BO administration will keep their collective mouths shut.

I use the range at the Boise Impact once a week. Bought a couple handguns from them as well. Their pricing is all over the map. Glocks are $499 quick is usually 75-100 under Cabelas. During the rush they sold a 6920 at (I think) $1799. The next one was $2500. That same rifle went all the way back to $1500. Haven't really looked since. I used to try to give them my business since they were always friendly and host IDPA and lots of intel classes for new shooters. They lost that loyalty by jacking the prices on anything black rifle related. Have bought everything online since.

I placed an order for 5 of the mags at 9.99 but after the order had not shown up I wrote their customer service and they told me the order was canceled. See response from their customer service. I call shenanigans.

I show that your order has been cancelled. The item is no longer available to sell. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.

Thank You -

Same thing here. Said they cancelled my order since they sold out of them at that price and couldn't honor the price I purchased them at.......

6920 prices are down across the board. A few weeks ago I noticed GB started having quite a few below 1200, then I saw a guy on Sturmgewehr selling them for 1099!

Reports from the gunshow in Houston at the George R. Brown convention center this past weekend had 6920'a selling for $1099. There were supposedly large stacks of them at one large vendor and they were not moving.

For all the LE guys out there I know that Phoenix Law Enforcement distributors is doing $1120 for a 6920 and $1345 for the new 6940 delivered. I have always had really good luck with Buds gun shop also. I have noticed Buds prices dropping drastically in the past few weeks on Colts and Smith and Wesson rifles. ;)

I am in no way connected with them, but I have bought four 6920's from Phoenix LE Distributors over the last few years. Great people to deal with.

I am a "rookie" here and enjoy being part of this wonderful forum. I also have no connection to Phoenix LE distributors nor Buds Gun shop. I saw that Beat Trash mention that also. I didn't know if I needed to post a disclaimer when I mention vendors. I apologize to the moderators in advance.

Impact was selling the 6920 for $1890 a week after the election so I guess they ran out of panic buyers.

I was at a gunshop in Salt Lake last night and they were having a "sale" on AR's. $100 off and 3 free mags. I didn't see what their prices were.

I agree, good people in the retail shop, and they have a pretty decent range. I've never ordered from them online but they do honor the online prices in the store if I find something I like.

Tried to jump in on that great price for 6920 but unfortunately got this message from NWA Tactical:

I apologize, but these have all sold out. We need to remove that ad at this
point.

I do have 6940's in stock, but these are $1600 delivered.

Thanks,

I got shafted.

You know, it's kind of ironic that now that the "panic buying" seems to have almost drawn to a close, that we are all now doing some "celebration-that-the-panic-buying-is-over buying."(I am one of the people doing some celebration buying myself:D)

Now that prices are lower, we all feel that we have to take advantage of the "low" prices, when in reality the prices are actually just getting back to "normal."

Didn't know if anyone else picked up on this.

Clyde Armory (https://policeguns.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=294_16_236&osCsid=rro6ah8pgacnggaqfpetum9gk5) has some decent prices. 6920s are $1199, and 6940s are $1449. DD M4s are $1399. All show in stock at the moment.

As demand slacks off, production will probably slow. This will cause inventories to dry up again and force prices to rise a bit again. No where near where there were a few months ago (I hope).

Talked a friend of mine who wasn't really looking for an M4 into the 6940 from Impact. It came in today. Very nice.
