View Full Version : ADM Customer service is Excellent!

THe ADM mount on this rifle was loose on the rail and appeared unadjustable. I sent an e-mail to ADM advising of the problem, and viola, a new mount was sent out today on the condition that I send them the old one. I am very impressed to say the least. I just wanted to share my good experience.

I contacted three companies when I was looking for scope mounts for my A4 SPR's.Of the three ADM had the best customer support and went out of their way to supply information on the mounts as well as recommendations.I also liked the features on the mounts and particularly the adjustable locking lever system they use.
I can say that at least the Recon mounts I have are rock solid and return to zero.I will buy nothing but ADM from now on based on my experiences.

I overtightened and stripped a ring on one of the scope mounts
I called, told them _I_ messed up and they dropped a free ring in the mail
had it in a few days

it was my fault and I called to ask about buying a replacement
good people
