Who can do this?

I've got a Larue Stealth upper with a WOA 16" barrel. I need a gas block and gas tube for this bad boy. The barrel has a single dimple on the opposite the gas port on top of the barrel, I believe for a gas block set screw. I want a low profile gas block that is pinned with a taper pin which means the block and barrel need to be drilled for this. There are no gunsmiths around here I necessarily trust for AR work.

I'd like to send the barrel and upper to an experienced person for low profile gas block install and pin and handguard install if I'm going to be sending it out. I have yet to purchase any of these items so if the installer is also a dealer I'll buy the components from that person.

I have a BCM 11.5 with a Larue 10.0 where he shaved the FSB and installed the rail. Quality work and great CS. You can shoot him a PM here.

I just had ADCO pin a LaRue low profile gas block on my BCM 11.5 barrel. They do use straight pins though. Doesn't bother me but since you mentioned taper pins...
