What in your opinion is the best upper for accuracy in both a 16" and a 20" upper? Not for combat accuracy but for hunting/ leisure target accuracy. Not really interested in shooting in National Match competitions. Just lets have a good gun accuracy. Also what ammo to match the upper you recommend?

The 20" in a heavy would probably be your best bet.

Noveske has a reputation for accurate barrelz, aswell as all around quality.

I think it would be pretty hard to beat the Centurion Arms SPR (HERE (http://www.centurionarms.com/products/p002_mk12_mod1_upper.html), or take a look at the thread in the Custom Build Sub-Forum) or a Noveske SPR (HERE (http://noveskerifleworks.com/cgi-bin/imcart/display.cgi?item_id=u-18-556&cat=56&page=1&search=&since=&status=), out of stock at Noveske) when it comes to a "working" precision upper.
