Why are the B serial number lowers considered more desireable than others? What are the differences if any? Is there something special I have missed ?

Who thinks that they are more desirable?? As someone that owns just about ALL of the models, I do not think one is worth more than another.

Honestly, the best value/deal are the blemished ones.

There have been some threads over on TOS regarding the differences between Noveske lowers and many have wrote that the "B" serial #'s look the best due to having the nicest finish. I have seen a few Noveske lowers all with different letters and each one looked good.

I've owned all 4 series they've released (numbers, B prefix, E prefix, and C prefix). I would say the B series in the most desirable because it probably has the nicest finish

and deepest stamp. The E series is also very similar followed by the one with numbers only. I would say the C series are actually pretty ugly (shallow stamp/

questionable finish) and seemed to have the highest percentage of ones that became the blemished version. There is no difference in function between any of them

but if you care about looks then that's why some are more desirable then others to some people.

And now I know. Amazing how looks come into play on a tool.

Isnt it though. I am getting ready to drop some coin on a few Noveske blemished lowers myself. I could care less what they look like, as long as they last.

Agreed. I have yet to find the so-called blemish on one that I picked up.

Grant, do you by any chance have these still in stock?

I know that if I build a rifle that I will be using a blemished lower.

i'd rather have a blemish on my rifle than on my gun.

Are you referring to the group therapy switch?

And yes, it is quite nice, as long as someone else pays to feed it. :p
