Colt 6921 Lower Resale Value Question

OK guys, what would be a fair price for selling a complete NFA Colt 6921 lower receiver with (magpul CTR, MIAD, ASAP sling plate, enhanced trigger guard, trigger job)? I have the original box/kit that will go with the lower. I have searched online, and the lowest I have found them is $900ish. I am thinking of selling this to an individual who wants to buy it from me. I don't want to screw him and I don't want to get screwed either, I just have no idea what to ask for it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just saw a table at a gun show today (7-17) and the guy had 46 complete Colt 6921 lowers (some made in Canada) for $899.00. I looked at one and it said M-4 LE on it, had a 3 digit serial number and had the sear block on the receiver.
