Why is the time on this site 15min fast? Everytime I post it says I did it 15 minutes later than I actually did.

For reference- I posted this at 7:34

Yeah I noticed it a while ago too. Server system time is probably off. Maybe they are not using ntpd or similar

been off for a long time- maybe always. at this point, i'm sure its deliberate. dunno why.
