I am considering ordering one of the BCM stainless steel barrels discussed in this thread:

https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=32033

I notice that there is only one dimple on the BCM barrel but I think all of the low profile gas blocks I've seen have two set screws.

What is the proper way to install a gas block on this type of dimpled barrel?

Never mind. I need to practice my google-fu. I found this on another forum:

You should only have ONE dimple. Anymore and you would be pigeon holed into using on the gas block that the barrel maker desided you should use.
The first hole is a standard and always 180 degrees off the gas port hole. (The machining op to drill a gas port in the gas block is the same op that that makes the hole that the first retaining screw would go through). All second holes are a non standard and can/will vary with each gas block you purchase.
