According to Blackhawk's (http://www.blackhawk.com) latest catalog all G20/21 CQC holsters will work for the M&P.

DROP LEG
Safariland 6004 and 6280 - 6004-219-xxx - M&P without any light
Safariland 6004 and 6280 - 6004-383-xxx - G20/21 with minor mod: remove the plastic sleeve that surrounds the tension screw

NOTE:
It was posted on 10-8 that the 6004-832-xxx for the G17/M3 would work but I have this holster and it does not fit. Maybe it needs some modification but I can't see my M&P fitting in that holster. Proceed with caution and let me know if you find that it did indeed work for you.

Comp-Tac is doing OWB holsters for the M&P also.

Another manufactor is Talon Tactical..... Mike Benedict's (sp) company.

I use a galco plastic paddle holster that was made specifically for the M&P...so far has worked great for me...cant remember the damn model name though...

Safariland will also do a 6280 with a light for the M&P full size.
It is a special order item however and they will take one month to make it.

Milt sparks, Tucker, K&D, and Crossbreed are some other holster makers that make M&P holsters.

i use Comptac gear with my M&Ps currently.

I went with the Comp-Tac CTAC. I already have one for my G19 so I'm familiar with it but mostly I scored a very good deal on it. If nothing else, it will tell me if I can carry my full size M&P9 and if so I can order a Milt Sparks VMII and have the CTAC while I wait.

Care to share where you got a good deal on the C-T.A.C.? ;) I have one for my 1911 and love it. I recently got the Comp-Tac Speed Slide for my M&P (strictly competition), and am leaning toward the IWB clip-style of the Infidel for everyday carry. The price point of the Infidel is also appealing. . . .

The Tucker Gunleather "The Answer" IWB holster gets my vote as the best IWB out there.

The Safariland ALS Mod. 6351 is my choice for plain clothes/on-duty carry.

My Mp 9mm has been my daily carry for months now, it has survived many matches and classes iam over 7 k in ammo through it

ctac has been great holster i just need a 6004/6005 for it with the light

until the then it rides in a standard 6005 for it

My M&P 9 w/X200A fits in my Safariland 6004-832-xxxx G22/M3 holster without modification nor loosing the screws. It also fits firmly enought in that holster without a light that I have no qualms carrying it without a light if necessary. Granted mine is an older model holster, but it does work. Not sure why it will work in one, but not another.

That said Safariland is now making models specifically for the M&P with lights as I have one.

Blade Tech has their IWB holsters available for the M&P. Its not listed in the menu on the website. Have to call in to order.
