New ACOG TA01 on TA51: Reticle appears canted.

So after trying to decide for about two weeks between a TA11 and a TA01 ACOG I finally went with the TA01 after having the chance to look at one a friend of mine got. I mounted it to my S&W M&P 15T using the Trijicon TA51 flattop mount. When I look through the ACOG, it appears that the reticle is canted to the right with the vertical line at almost 1:00 and the horizontal line at almost 4:00.

The mount is solid and the ACOG appears level externally. Has anyone noticed something similar with their ACOGs?

Something is decidedly wrong with the optic itself. We've gotten RCOs like that before, and they get sent back under warranty for repair/replacement.
