What's the general opinion of the quality of this for practice ammo?

Thanks.

Privy is pretty good ammo. It is supposed to be loaded to Nato specs, so it should run fine. A friend of mine was running some at the range on Sunday and no issues.

Its good ammo. Better than some of the other shitty ammo out there.

I have fired quite a few rounds of it and have not had an ammo releated issue or malfunction.

I've run several thousand rounds of Prvi Partisan ammo (M193, M855, and 62 grain .223 Remington) in high-round count carbine classes.

No problems whatsoever.

It is very good stuff.

It is supposed to be loaded to Nato specs

Not to be too picky, but...

It's really just loaded to 5.56 velocities. M193 isn't NATO ammo.

Thanks for the responses guys. I looked for this information in the AR15 General area and posted my original question there. I was half asleep this morning when I posted it and didn't even realize we had an ammo forum. To the mods: sorry about that. Thanks again for the info.

For training ammo M193 is excellent. You could not go wrone with XM193 either. All are Lake City Brass.

Safe Shooting.;)
