Once I zero'd it I was able to get nickle and quarter sized groups regularly at 25 meters and around quarter to 2 inch groups with iron sights and the 8 MOA C-More at 50 meters which is more than acceptable to me for a plinker. I Might scope it to see how tight I can get it later when I can afford a scope for it.
Very nice! I fell in love with my son's Spike's dedicated .22 upper after shooting it last year.
What ammo did you use and was it reliable?
Must ask,
Which 10/22 stock is that?
And what did the head on your bench come off of?

I only had American Eagle 40 grain match pistol which stovepiped twice and Federal bluebox 40 grain lead round nose which I dont think had a problem at all. I did have some FTE and stovepipes later on in the day when the gun got dirty but that was after a few hundred rounds had been fired. All in all I am real happy with it and expect it to run even better once its fully broken in.
