Brass ?

I've come across a large amount of .40 S&W once fired brass with this headstamp: *I* . Does anyone have any information on who/where this brass was manufactured.

I forget who makes it right now, but I have some in .45acp......reloads just fine.

I believe Independant or Independace Ammo.

I think it's Independence brass. Its dirty ammo from the factory, so make sure you clean the brass well. It reloads just like any other brass. I've got about 300 rounds of .45 with the same headstamp that's been reloaded about 3 times with no problems.
