This is a custom made upper built by Rainer Arms. Upper is about 6 months old and has less than 400 rounds through it. I need to move this for my next build. This upper runs like a champ and only has minor rub marks from optics on it. But that would mean that I condone what they do. I am just doing the same thing that Barrett does to the LEO in Cal, I ban then for not taking care of themselves.
