DCM upper - best price?

My dad is looking to buy a DCM/CMP completed upper - stainless, 20", free float, etc. Source for best price?

I would get a White Oak Armaments Service Rifle Upper. It is all that and Compass Lake cuts their barrels. The winner cirlcle routinely contains rifleman shooting White Oak, Compass Lake, and RRA. Trigger needs to be superb. Nothing more than a RRA two-stage is really necessary. It's sub-MOA out of the box. Also....I got the pinned rear sight base. Stability and reproducibility of changes are beneficial. 1/4 by 1/4 MOA sights. I've scored in the 190's at 600 yards with this upper and 77 gr SMK/LC Case/RL-15 23.3 gr/CCI #41/OAL 2.255".

Best DCM upper could mean a many things to different folks. For me, it means a White Oak upper.

We are talking about a difference of $100 between a RRA NM upper and the custom, pinned WOA service upper.

No brainer...get the White Oak.

you can have it:

1. Cheap
2. Reliable
3. Accurate

but you can only chose two of these.

WOA barrels are almost the exception to this rule... they're really good barrels and dont cost an arm and a leg.
