No... Your best bet is to go with a DD Omega rail or Troy.

I've owned 3 omegas (all 3 sizes) and never had a problem with the mounting system. You will damage the barrel nut before you can get the rail to move if it is installed correctly. I'm not saying it is idiot proof, because we'll just build better idiots, but my experience has proved to be very positive with them. Sometimes I second guess my decision to go to Lite rails, especially when I consider that the Omegas have nearly the same profile and have integrated QD cups in the position I like. The only reason I switched was curiosity and the bigger internal diameter of the Lite rails.
