The Michigan Tactical Officers Association (MTOA) is a registered law enforcement non-profit organization, created to provide training and support to police SWAT teams across the State of Michigan.
The MTOA has opened the Association to other special operations personnel including K-9 units, Hostage Negotiators, Helicopter Air Units, Bomb Technicians, Tactical Paramedics and military personnel. This has resulted in a wealth of information reaching the membership from extremely knowledgeable and gifted operators and trainers. The MTOA currently consists of several hundred members to include operators from seven states, the U.S. military and Canada. The Annual Training Conference will also include Vendors Show for the 3 days. Registration for the classes will be taken on the 18 April at 0800 and membership renewal and merchandise will be available throughout the 3 day conference, official ID will be required for registration.
