Need help finding 14.5" barrel w/out m203 step

Hope someone here can help me find a 14.5" barrel without an M203 step. I'm trying to replicate a non SBR version of the the rifle seen here, top of page: http://www.weaponevolution.com/forum/showthread.php?t=817&page=3

Also, any recommendations on a shop that can build this upper (would need muzzle device pinned)?

off the top of my head, noveske doesn't 203 cut their 14.5s. not only can you buy a complete upper, already permed, but that's the only way you'll get your hands on one

i just clicked the link- that IS a noveske... if you're trying to reproduce it, just buy the exact same thing
