I did spend some time with the Army down in Spain during the early 80’s, but I have no recollection of this taking place! LOL!!!!! :confused:

Personally, Quib is just a nickname given to me almost 25 years ago while serving with the Army over in Germany.

Quibbley or Quib for short, was a comic strip character in the Stars and Stripes newspaper. Sort of like Beetle Bailey.
