I know FTF sales of handguns is illegal in NJ. The buyer of my SP101 says he is a "pink card employee" of an NJ FFL holder.

Is there a legal way to do a FTF transaction with him or am I to ship it to his shop as usual?

FTF sales in NJ ARE legal to do. The only legal way to do an FTF sale is to make sure that the buyer has a valid pistol purchase permit. Meet up with him somewhere and completely fill out the permit. Keep the blue copy for your personal records. The buyer keeps the pink copy and you will have to mail out the yellow copy to the local police department (where the permit was issued) and the white goes to he State Police.
