Aimpoint is the standard in red-dot sights, which cheaper makes try to copy but in vain. The Comp ML2 is one of their most most popular, rugged, and time-tested models (see maker's description here: http://www.aimpoint.com/products/aimpoint_product_lines/aimpoint_compml2 ).
Likewise, LaRue rules in optic mounts. Their LT150 model for the Aimpoint Comp ML2 is among the most popular, conveniently placing the sight to cowitness with the iron sights in the lower third of the field of view. A compartment for a spare battery for the optic is cleverly hidden in the base of the unit.
Sight and mount offered together here are lightly used and in near-new condition (no scrapes, dings, etc.).
Typical retail ~$430 for sight + $115 for mount = $545, plus shipping, etc. Asking, 400 for sight and mount together, shipped.
