Several forums that I participate in or lurk on have the option to view all of a thread if it has stretched to multiple pages. Is that something that is possible with the software package that M4C is based on?

No, vBulletin does not support that, though there might be a plug-in that an administrator would have to install.

However you can click (on the top left) "User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Options > Number of Posts to Show Per Page" and set it to "Show 40 Posts Per Page".

I think the forum default is 20, so it'll make the page much longer.
