How much and where are you supposed to grease it up. I have never owned a 03A3 or a M1 Garand and am not familiar with how to lubricate it.

My suggestion would be to lightly grease, not oil, the locking lugs and the bolt raceway (where the lugs go when you pull the bolt back. I usually grease the interface between the bolt and the sear to prevent excess wear.
I am no bolt-gun expert, maybe the long-range forum guys can help.
