Do I need a 5320.20

I want to send my registered SBR AR Lowers into ADCO for KG Gunkoting. Do I need to get a 5320.20 to do this or is that only if I'm traveling out of state with the Lowers (not having them refinished)?

I'd say call ATF.

It's probably a Form 5.
