So how do we report them. Isn't calling for a United States Congressman's destruction considered a threat? Can it be reported and to whom?

I called the Capitol Police and reported it, they seemed to know about the loonies over there. I just couldn't do nothing.

UPDATE:

I just received a phone call from the Capitol Police and they are taking the threat very seriously. I suggest nobody from M4 post in that thread. I spoke with a detective Z(real name not posted), I hope they take this very serious because I do.

I sent emails to all of those that were threatened. I'll keep you guys posted if I get anymore phone calls.
