VLTOR: OLD vs NEW

What are the reasons you prefer old style vs. new with redesigned forward assist? I have a new MUR on my AR pistol upper and recently found an older style on gun broker for about $250

Are the older style MUR's out of production and rare? Also, will the new VIS uppers have a redesigned forward assist?

I was also lucky enough to find the old MUR 1s (no forward assist) on gun broker as well. Who knows if they will be produced again...

Any thoughts....BTW, I am a VLTOR upper whore.

Aesthetically I like the billet MUR and VIS uppers better, I also think the finish on the forged is too rough.
