So I'm going with an LMT upper for my next build and wanted to get some ideas on where the best deal is to get them new. Website??

Also if anyone has any ideas A3 or A4???

Never, as LMT no longer sells them. If you want a 16" M4 barrel in 1/7 twist with M4 barrel extension, I have some coming and they are $225 apiece.

MSTN sells LMT take off barrels.
