Does anyone have any experience with these grips? I like the balanced feel of the mag well and prefer my hand grip to be there. I thought this idea might help but wanted to see if anyone else had some input.

Well, I will take a stab at why I don't think this thing is needed.

1. The mag well grip is not inherently difficult nor cumbersome on a standard carbine.

2. The mag well grip is not as effective as holding the hand guards, especially for close range work. Yes, you do see lots of soldiers use it, and I do use at times. But, only to allow me to use my optic to look at something in the distance. Less shaking than using a standard hand guard grip and you can hold it for a long time while checking out possible threats. With kit on, you can rest your elbow on a mag pouch.

3. Putting both your hands in line UNDER your barrel means less control during shooting, especially if you have a lot of stuff on TOP of your weapon. By wrapping your hand around the hand guards near the front sight, you increase stability.

4. Difficult to put on if you don't have a releasable trigger guard.

5. Redimod won't work with it, if you like to use them.

But Ninja, you didn't address what they say on the page is "best of all": it has a logo! :D

I was going to comment on that, but then remembered that Never Quit was nice enough to give me a free case of their ASAP meals.

I know they are having hard financial times and possibly branching out with this stuff...

To be clear, I meant no disrespect to Never Quit.

Rather, I found it a bit amusing that a bolt-on product for the AR was boasting its best quality as a logo.

Sometimes I'm a bit too snarky for my own good.

Thats cumbersome looking and plain ole ugly.I'd probably screw up a reload with that ball sack hanging on my magwells.
So I vote no...keep money in pocket for ammo and mags.

Another step backwards into polymer purgatory

Ever wonder why Magpul or Tango Down haven't come out with stuff like this? Same reason Crye Precision hasn't come out with Tactical Clown Shoes. It just isn't really needed...
