The panic buying seems to have slowed off tremendously and there are lowers to be had at good prices.

For a stripped lower, cool roll mark, and excellent CS I would look no further than the Noveske 2nd lowers through G&R. Grant has them for $175.

I would just stay away from gunbroker and the likes which still carry greatly over-inflated prices.

I picked up a stripped RRA lower from my local dealer for $75 two weeks ago. (Yes, it was new.) He was desperate to get rid of them. I am afraid there are many dealers out there who will be holding inventory that was ordered during the buying frenzy, but didn't come in until after the buying had cooled off.

actually buying a complete lower is probably the better "deal" out there since buying a quality LPK isn't easy. Go with C4IGrant. Buy a stripped lower with his LPK or buy a complete LMT/BCM/DD/S&W. I wish I had when I bought a stripped lower for my dad.

I ordered a DPMS complete lower less stock from my local dealer a while back for about $200 OTD. Just pointing out you can get some lowers without the stock assembly if you plan on installing an aftermarket one.
