*standard disclaimer*
Not affiliated with Tactical Tailor in anyway, paid for this with my own money. Just an average civilian.

This is a neat item for those of us who carry the7.62mm ammo cans around. Especially someone like me who lives in an apartment area and don't want to put neighbors on alert as I carry ammo to the range or training classes.

Constructed of 1000D cordura and made in the USA. It comes in tan, acu, black, or red colors. The price is $20. I opted for the more discrete red color.

Besides serving as a cover for the can, it also comes with a shoulder sling so that one can carry the ammo can around shouldered instead of using the handle. The sling is made from 1.5" webbing and has a hook on one end, and a male 1.5" fastex buckle on the other. The fastex buckle connects with the female buckle on the cover to close off the cover. So for unsuspecting people at first glance it could look like a small ice chest, not an ammo can

On the top, you have a Velcro flap that allows access to the carry handle, also part of the flap is clear sleeve which you can insert a tag or label.
*addition*Also, this is the only place where you find the Tactical Tailor name on the cover, no where else.

Over all I'm very happy with it, its a good piece of accessory for any one that use ammo cans.

Very cool, I wonder how come they don't make one for .50cal or 5.56 cans  How much weight you think the straps can hold before anykind of breaking or cracking? From a distance it could pass for a cooler/lunch box type..

The can in the picture is holding 500 rounds of .223 on stripper clips. I've been to the range with it a few times but haven't done any extensive trekking with it. It seems to be holding up just fine at the moment with no loose stitching.
