Complete custom job by Shan-Aan - blade is 6150, heat-treated and tempered. Hand-ground blade, custom hand-stitched sheath. Bears her personal mark, as can be seen in the fourth pic. Scales are Macassar Ebony, with pinwork. The pattern for the pinwork was one that Jody Samson left to her when he passed. Her decision to use it on this piece was two-fold - first, it looks nice, but second, it both honors and carries forth some of Jody's work.

Overall length is 12.5 inches, with a blade length of 7.25 inches, and is 2 inches wide at the belly of the blade. Weighs in at 16.5 ounces.

She's putting the finishing touches on the sheath here now - burnishing the edge. It won't change significantly from these photos.
