i love Bob, haha. Yes, humble is not one of his strong points, but as he says on his custom tshirts- "I'd be humble....if I had a reason".

Yes he is an entertainer and a good one IMO.

Yep. He's an exhibition shooter.

There was an interesting show on the history of exhibition shooters on the History channel a few weeks ago.

That video was very old, 1986, Munden was younger and thinner than in his recent videos. Yes he sounded pretty cocky then. In more recent videos, he's more entertaining and not cocky, just confidence.

I was able to see him do an exhibition shoot in San antonio when I was a kid in the 80s with blanks or real bullets he is one hell of a shot.

+1 I enjoy watching Bob Munden on TV and he comes off to me as confident of his shooting skills. My guess is that if you added up all his time practicing, it would be measured in years.

I agree. I'm not ever sure a revolver can cycle two shots that quickly no matter who or what is behind it.

When watching the slow motion part, I don't even see him fire the weapon twice it happens so fast. And the two balloons seem to pop at almost the exact same time, even at slow speed.

Some combination of ability and also magical illusion perhaps?

Again, this is NOT to belittle Bob Munden. Jerry, as good as he is, likely cannot do what Bob does nearly as well as Bob.

If you watch The Outdoor Channel regularly, it's par for the course for Bob to do his "magic" with whatever he's shooting and whatever he's shooting at! Same for Miculek, Knapp and Ferguson.

Bob has done quite a few things on the Impossible Shots show as well. Not just speed draws but precision shooting as well. Case-in-point, opening a safety pin with a .45ACP. not shooting one (altho that'd be tough enough) but actually graving the side just hard enough to open it and not knock it down.
