I made the mistake of leaving some gun-related purchases lying around.

Mama, ever suspicious, demanded to know if I was starting to bat for the other team.

It did come in a plain brown package, so I suppose she can't be faulted for knowing any better.

I was at a loss for words following the accusation.

If the item shipped with some lube, I'd be posting this from a homeless shelter today.

My wife once used the term 'sloppy seconds' in an everyday sentence about used goods. After confirming that she was correct in its usage and meaning... ... well just makes a guy start to wonder, but not enough to ask more questions.

A couple observations:

1. This is a very good reason not to have your stuff shipped to the office, especially when you receive that brand new FDE TangoDown vert grip just as some gal from HR walks by.
2. I'm surprised there's no threads on LF linking to a vid/pic of one of these in action.
