6.8 barrel length?

I'm going to be building a 6.8 upper for use on groundhogs, I plan on shooting 200 to 300 yards with 110 or 115 grain HP. Any suggestions on barrel length,twist,maker? I want a heavy profile in ss.

I would recommend a Noveske 16 to 18" mid-length. I have one of the 16" Noveske 6.8mm barrels and with my Leupold MRT mounted I can easily hold less than MOA at 200 meters.

I have Denny's 16.1" Recon barrel with the 1:11" twist and it shoots great. I'd get either the WOA or Denny's (Denny's uses a WOA blank), since bothe have the 1:11" twists.
