anybody have any input on a colt ar-15a2 hbar sporter. has the large front takedown pin. looking for the best way to mount an m-4 upper. i ve heard bushings. is there an upper available for the large pin?

Daniel Defense makes a flat top upper which has a large pivot pin hole. This the best way.

should i buy the daniel defense bolt or can i run my colt bolt?

You can run your Colt without any problem, and is what I would do.
