Just recieved a glock 20sf (got to love glocks LE discount) anyway this gun will be used as a trail gun here in Alaska. 10mm ammunition is very hard top find right now but I did contact Double Tap ammo and they will be shipping some to me. Do any of you have any experience in DT 10mm? Also it seem that their ammo is hot should I shoot this gun as is stock or do I need to put in a heavier recoil spring for the DTs hotter loads?

Thanks
Greg

I miss my G20. Sounds like an ideal trail gun for your purposes. I've never bought in on the hand cannon theory of the backup bear gun defense since to save your butt from a bear at pistol distance, you better crack that brain pan and I'd rather try with a G20 than a 5 or six shot massively recoiling revolver.

I've no experience with DT but bad bad experience with Georgia Arms 10mm.

I haven't shot Corbon is quite a few years but always found it very accurate. They offer some stout 10mm loads.
