Training groups truncated

What happened? I was advised to start a group and did so, only to find that there was not enough traffic in a mere TWO WEEKS to warrant keeping it around to see if it develops or not? How, pray tell, does a group expect to form without a forum to link up in??? I guess one has to live in one of the nine original areas to participate? Bad call.

Didn't know I was suposed to. Regardless, the Southeast Michigan group wasn't the only one lopped off, so I'm sure there are others wondering the same thing.

Those other nine groups have grown large enough to warrant their own forums.

eta: The remaining 11 groups (let's call them "starter groups") will still continue to exist, and will eventually expand the roster of "established groups" - members will decide which is the next established group via poll:
