So I'm looking into purchasing a SBR and find myself slightly dazed and confused with regards to the forms required, application process, etc. Can somebody point me to a thread or site that walks a newbie through the procedure step-by-step?
I also came across a site which promoted setting up an NFA Gun Trust to facilitate the purchase of NFA items, eliminates the need for signature from "chief law enforcement officer" in your area, fingerprinting and photographing, etc. Anyone have any knowledge about gun trusts?
