Yes, they ARE 15.4". Mistake length cut run by Wilson Arms. I have 2 of these. All NFA rules apply. Permanently installed a muzzle device to make it legal length of 16"+. Serious inquiries only, so no hagglers or timewasters! Price is FIRM at $200 each shipped. First come, first served. Prefer MO or very discrete paypal.

Specs...15.4" Stainless Steel, 1x8 twist, 5.56 chambered barrel, standard barrel feedramp extension (not m4). Threaded for a 1/2x28 standard flash hider. Standard carbine length gas system. The barrel is not stamped at all. There is no mfg mark, chambering mark, or twist.
