Does anyone use a Millet Zoom Dot? How do you like it? is it reliable? etc.????
What cowitness do you have, 1/3 lower or absolute?
Is there a kill flash option for the Millet Zoom Dot?
Does it come with any mount?
Does it come with flip up covers?
are there any kill flashes made for it?
What issues does it have?
Is it worth $300 plus the cost of a high cantilever*mount (for 1/3 cowitness)*over an Eotech/Aimpoint?

I have been using one for a while now. I bought it for $200 and it came with a mount but it is too low. I purchased a Burris Extreme Xhigh to 1/3 co witness. I was going to use it as a transition until I can purchase an Acog but after spending a few classes using the ZoomDot I'm real pleased with the performance. At one event I shot about 900rnds in 3 hours and it was still spot on and nothing to log as a negative (maybe not as bright as an Acog). They come with flip up (or down) rubber covers but no kill flash available from Millett. I did read some users made their own adapters for the available flash products out there.

30mm Mount Xhigh (1") = $26.00

I have had one for a little over a year. It works fine for my uses. I must admit the first one I ordered had a dot that was "D" shaped and Millet replaced it within a week. I've had the zoom dot on my AR in a ADM mount for absolute cowitness. I currently have it on my Sig556 with the factory mount. As gotigers said the factory mount is to low for an AR. Any 30mm mount for an AR should work on the zoom dot. The major drawback for some is the auto adjust dot. I haven't had a problem with it. There is no kill flash that I know of. Mine came with flip up covers that I originally had planned on replacing, but I have gotten use to them and they have held up fairly well. I've gotten about 8 months with the factory battery leaving it on all the time. At 9 months the factory battery was getting noticably dim. I have a duracell in now and am testing it again. The main reason I tried the zoom dot was the adjustable dot size. Here are a few pics of it mounted.

Can anyone help me out here?

I am wanting to purchase the Millet Zoom Dot.

I have "Noveske" (Troy) folding BUIS and I'd like to find a quick detachable scope ring setup that was 100% Co-Witness with the Zoom Dot. Does anyone have a couple options or ideas on what will work for this set up?

Thanks for any assistance guys.

Any 30 mm mount will work with the zoom dot. It is a matter of picking the brand, style and height of mount that you want. For cheap and reliable, I would look at Burris rings. 3/4 inch should give a direct co witness and 1 inch should give a lower 1/3.

Does anyone use a Millet Zoom Dot? How do you like it? is it reliable? etc.???? Yes, as far as I can tell. I haven't done any scientific testing, but it seems very durable and well constructed.

What cowitness do you have, 1/3 lower or absolute? The supplied mount won't get you any type of usable co-witness. As others have said, any 30mm mount with work. You can find Aimpoint QRMs on the EE for $50 usually.
Is there a kill flash option for the Millet Zoom Dot? No

Does it come with any mount? As above, some do, but it isn't really usable with the AR platform.

Does it come with flip up covers? It is supposed to, but I think MidwayUSA and maybe some other companies sell it without. The covers make it 'go to sleep', so they are important to have. Or you could turn it on and off. Battery life constant on is supposed to be around a year. Of course, that is dependant on the dot size you use.

are there any kill flashes made for it? Not to my knowledge.

What issues does it have? It will wash out. You have to try, but it will. Especially inside. Of course, you can change the dot size to compensate, which is good. It works better outside, inside the blueish tint is very noticeable and the dot needs to be turned up more.

Is it worth $300 plus the cost of a high cantilever*mount (for 1/3 cowitness)*over an Eotech/Aimpoint? Frankly, no. I think they missed the mark when it comes to price. For $200 it would be worth it, but for $300 you could get a used Aimpoint M2 or EOtech 512. The Millett isn't superior to either, though the dot size adjustment is nice. The Zoom Dot used to be made in the USA, though they were aquired by Bushnell I believe, so who knows now.

I have one on a 9mm AR, and I like it alot, but for the money there are better options. If you can get one at a real good price I'd say go for it, but paying $300 is too much. I would consider it for 'serious use', for what my opinion matters.

My other rifle, similar to the one pictured above, is a M&P that has the Troy M&P factory rear sight. The ADM 68 mount I have shown above is an absolute cowitness with my Troy buis
