For those of you out there running a 2 point sling with your ACS, how are you attaching it?

Mine is set up with a V-TAC 2-point sling attached at the sling loop at the bottom-rear of the ACS.
It's not the optimal position, but it gets the job done, and displaces the weight of my already heavy weapon.
I'll try and get some pics up.

I haven't actually received the ACS stock yet, should be this week, but I found the Magpul QD mount seperately. That's what i plan on using. Mount ran $13.
I'M set up with ACS and the QD mount to the right side (outside) and a V-TAC universal sling mount using QD ON A BLUE FORCE 2 POINT sling , i shoot right handed and this set up is slick, i can shoot from both shoulders with out adjusting the sling and not get choked
i like it better than my magpul asap plate and sling.

Can you post pics?
I'll post one of my ACS and SpecOpsBrand Patrol 2pt tomorrow after work too.
I installed the Magpul QD socket. Posted more thoughts in the other ACS thread, but here's two comments related to this specific topic:
* Unfortunately, Magpul QD attachment is only one-sided (you have to choose which side to install it on) vs. two-sided for the LMT -- I have mine on the outside (strong side of the weapon)
* Magpul QD socket swivels 360 degrees (no limiter), which I wonder if will lead to twisted 2 pt slings with hard use.

I have mine attached with Daniel Defense QD swivel hardware. One QD swivel attaches to the rail and the other mounts over the buffer tube / receiver extension and has QD receiver points for either left, right, or center attaching point.

Never thought of attaching a swivel to the rail. Interesting now that I see yours.

Please elaborate.
Are you talking about the "QD cup" on the ACS? It's an additional accessory for the ACS stock that screws into the hole in the back and provides a socket for a QD sling attachment.
Or the one on the handguard? Same thing, a QD socket that attaches to his handguard. You can plug a QD sling swivel into it.

Gotcha, thanks.
What he said. I just bought a bag of 10 of them from Brownells, which was a whopping 12.00 or so (whoops, not 8.00), then a couple of stainless steel countersunk machine screws and viola, QD mounts.

My search Fu sucks, I can't find them on their website. I'll keep trying, at some point I'm going to guess the right keyword.
