Feedramp conversion

I have a new barrel with standard feedramps while my Upper Receiver has M4 feedramps.

What is the best way to cut M4 ramps into the barrel extension? I do not want to screw it up but I do not have the time/money to send it out.

I recall reading on TOS that someone used a Dremel chainsaw sharpening tool to "cut" the M4 ramps into the barrel extension

I would get an upper without the feedramps.
Easier and probably the "correct" way to do it.
