Sabre has long had a reputation for making good barrels.
From what I have read, they are one of the few who actually makes barrels in-house. They have been a Govt. Contractor for a while and currently hold a M16A4 contract. IIRC, they also make M2 barrels.
I am running a Sabre mid-length barrel and upper with BCM BCG, and it's been a very reliable, accurate upper. I shoot this particular upper with iron sights, and haven't shot it for bench rest accuracy, but I can get very solid groups with 55 grain ammo. It's not my go-to gun, but I'm very pleased with its performance. I hope this helps. They are pricey, though. I'd check out BCM barrels if cost is an issue.
I say yes to Sabre. Not the last word in absolute accuracy but fine practical accuracy. No problems.

Air Force M134 barrels as well.

I have a Saber Defense A2 rifle and it shoots well even with 77 and 75 grain ammo and it has a 1/9 twist chrome govt profile barrel. I will hold 1.5 with irons at 100 yards (5 shot groups). I was very surprised that it shoot so well with heavy bullets.
